I'm thinking of doing some XNations spring cleaning. :)

What do you think we need around here? Changes.. additions.. ?

There is one thing, I do like the control panel better in the 3.x version of vBulletin. But I would assume that it'd be a shitload of work.

Firstly, I think the XNations server should be upgraded from the XT it currently sits on.
