How often do you defrag?

How often do you defrag your hard drive?
At what % do you think is a good time to do it?

I usually do mine at about 3%, takes about 20 mins.

I'm bad...I never think about it. Guess what I'll be doing before going to bed tonight! :D It'll probably take all night...lol

I defag at least once a week. Can't let my system get too gay.



Seriously, once a week, along with a virus-definitions update and scan, a scandisk and a purging of all non-essential files. Takes about half an hour tops, but I notice a difference in performance, especially with games.

My system defrags every 3 days I think. I use Diskkeeper from Executive Software and it does it all automatically. The set it and forget it thing works great so usually if I bother to check my frag level is under 1 percent all the time. But I almost never bother to check. :D
