This is what woke me up this morning...

Canadian Geese have been flying south all day today. Every 15 minutes or so we can hear an enormous flock of them passing by us.

This morning there must have been over 300 of them in one flock, and it seemed like they were 100 feet over the house... They were so loud they woke me up!

Do the geese normally sit on the telephone wires? I wasn't sure what the pic conveyed. Their premature abscence?

If I really want to ski, I will go back to Michigan...

But, I'm with Lady Sharlot, who wants to freeze their butt off in the snow?? Screw that, I'll go water-skiing!

Or better yet - shopping!! Wooohoo!

Yeah, the mosquitos suck down here. But I'm looking forward to it cooling down over here. Finally give my a/c a break.

I've tried skiing a couple times and just couldn't get it. I'm good at tubing though! lol

I'll go shopping :)

Our average snow fall is less than 1 inch... but it does get chilly.

I'd rather be inside near a warm fire...

I like the fall better.. I really miss the Northern fall colors.. We get pretty autumn leaves here but it's not the same b/c we don't have as many hardwoods here.. we have more southern pine and of course, they are evergreens!!
