Frankly I love turkey, and wait most of the year for Thanksgiving and Christmas to fill my face with the stuff.

I usually cook at 20+ pounder so I have enough leftovers to carry me through into the New Year.

What about you...

(I also cook all the accompanying dishes too: two types of stuffing, home made cranberry sauce, at least two pints of gravy, chipolatas, carrots, turnips, peas, mashed potatoes, roast potatoes)

We have both turkey and ham. Then again, there is usually at least 30 over for dinner. This year though, we are just having turkey. My mom is hosting the main meal this year for just seven of us. Then we will venture over and visit the rest of the family. My mom won a 22lb. turkey at work. With only 7 of us, even when my brother takes a care package home, my parents will still have enough to last until Feb. LOL! I can't wait to come home and eat my moms cooking! :D
