I want to buy Chameleon submitter but i have some questions to persons who add galleries by this submitter...


How many galleries a day its best to submit? How many its best profits?

How many hits u get in your galleries? Average hits 1k,10k or more... What types of galleries are the most profits?

How many sales per gallery have u? Or with 10 galleris how many sales generate u average? I want to know what is 1/10 or 5/10... I know that i depends to a lot of things bu ti want to know how chamelen submitter work to you.

What sponsor make u best sales? Plz tell me what sponsor generate u he best profit by adding galleries... What click ratio have u, and ratio in sponsors?

The default database in any of the submitters are a good start. To benefit the most, you need to customize the database.

In the beginning, submit to every site you can possibly submit to. Watch your stats and weed out the ones that never list you or only send a few hits.

Add sites to the database specific to your niche. Niche TGP/MGP sites might have less traffic than a general site, but it is more targeted.

Promote a niche(s) that interests you. If you don't like teens, don't promote them because everyone else is promoting them. Stick with what you know and like. You'll be better at marketing niche(s) if you have an interest in them and/or you do not find it offensive.

Many people are not going to tell you what sponsor and what niche is working for them. If they announce what is working for them, they just cut their own profits. Another reason too is, what is working for one person, will not always work as well or at all for another person.

Traffic depends on multiple factors. How many partner/trusted submitter accounts, paid listings, where and how often your galleries are listed, descriptions and preview thumbs. Traffic to your galleries takes time to build. Traffic is a snowball effect. The numbers start out small, but with each gallery submitted, each new listing, and with each partner/trusted submitter account obtained, your traffic will continue to grow on a daily basis.

Visit respected, high traffic sites like Pink World, Richards Realm, Thumbzilla, Shemp, Lumberjack, and a few others including niche specific sites. Take a look at who is buying spots, who are in the top listings, explore categories that interest you, to see what sponsors they are using. People will not continue to buy spots for particular sponsors, if they aren't making a profit from that sponsor.

Your content on your galleries needs to be the main focus. Use larger sized thumbs. The higher the quality of the thumbs and full sized images, the better. If you are advertising a mature sponsor, don't use teen or young ladies content. Tell a surfer where to click to get more. Don't throw a banner up and assume they know to click it to get more.

Whether you use Chameleon, Advanced Submitter, G.A.S.S., Dream Submitter, Russian Submitter, or any of the other submission tools, they are just that, tools. They are designed to help you with your submissions to make submitting easier and less time consuming. Many of them have an autosubmit feature. Just select the option and the software does the rest. DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. Take the time to hand submit your galleries, customize your database, and build a good reputation as an honest gallery submitter. You will be rewarded for your effort.

Some may have difficulty differentiating which sites work best for them though, do you have any tips for this?

The reason I ask is that some sites can take months to list submissions if at all, so in that regard you'd have to wait a long time before deciding to keep a site in your list or removing it.

What would you say are the most distinct variables to look for when deciding to keep or remove a site?

If you’re fresh in the adult industry and if the path ahead has not yet been laid
out in front of you You can decide in your own mind on what advice you accept
to follow. Those questions in which you ask can be answered differently by each
and every webmaster who submits galleries. Buys traffic and or obtains gallery
placements in any shape or form. I can not and will not point out a sponsor for
you to use.

There are a handful of TGP’s that can generate the surfer clicking onto your
text/banners on your gallery and through into your sponsor/s tour at a click
ratio 1:10 (not talking signup ratio) and there are TGP’s out there that even
with the same gallery/text/banner combination that generate next to zero click
through to your sponsor/s. Doesn’t matter how ever many hits that gallery receives.
(not talking about quality of the gallery/content/text/banner)

Listings are not too much out of reach for the average webmaster.
You would have to contact the owner on that one. He might not be open for spots
all the time and you must always follow his rules. You would if you choose on your own

There are allot more true TGP’s that can deliver what you are chasing and it
is up to you my friend to find that out over time.

Lastly using the information that Panky was so kind to share with you
and after you decide in your own mind what is best for you.
Go out and Test the waters if you haven’t already done so.

I guess Panky will be able to comment more so than myself.
Keywords searched from SE's can point you in the right direction on which sites to start monitoring. Before you spend money.
Reseach the sites. Anything that is made public for you, try to take note of it and apply to a cross over chart. There is a breakeven point in everything you do.
It's the only way. I stick close to what I
know and think I do okay for the hours I spend online. :D

It is a tough decision sometimes on which site to keep in a database and which one to eliminate. Databases should never be stagnant. It will take at least 6 months of regular submitting to build a solid, profitable base list to work from. You can build a good list within 3 months, but to make a profitable one, takes time. If you consistently work your list, you can get the list down to submitting to less and less sites, while still producing a nice profit. Your databases will be forever changing. Maybe a sponsor just isn't producing well for you? Maybe you decide to venture into a new niche? Maybe certain sites stopped accepting submits or went to partner only?

Review the rules and make sure your gallery does not even come close to breaking them. If the rules are a total nightmare, making all kinds of demands, don't bother with that site.

Browse around the site and see what is commonly listed. Is the bulk of the site FHG? Does the site jerk surfers around?

Is the site popular? A site that everyone seems to know the name and is proud when one of their galleries has been listed or they receive notice their partner account application has been approved. These sites do not have to be one of the "big boys". These sites could be popular amongst niche specific groups.

Is the site targeted or general? Some sites will state in their rules that galleries that fit into this, this, and this category get preferential treatment over other categories. Targeted sites will most often tell you they only want galleries that fall into specific categories.

Does the site trade or hard link to other popular sites? Who are they trading with? What is their average ranking? If they hard link, is there a return link on the other sites? Do they trade within their niche or with anyone?

Good sites are not always high traffic sites. Targeted, niche specific sites, may have less traffic, but may have the highest converting traffic.

Does the site use a counter? Which one(s) and how do they rank?

Is the site optimized for search engines? Does the site appear for popular search phrases? Think of words and phrases a surfer might use. Something like "free porn pics" might be harder to get a good listing for and won't be as targeted a search as "free milf porn pics". Surfers who have a particular fetish will use phrases to target their search versus just typing in "free porn pics".

Is the site functional and caters to surfers? Do all the links work? Does the submit form work? Would you bookmark the site? Does the site appear to be updated daily?

Does the site accept partner/trusted submitter applications? Has the site granted you partner status?

Is the site a brand new site? How long has the site been operating?

Is the site a partner only site? Is there a fee involved for becoming a partner? What are the terms?

If a site does not list your galleries within 4 weeks, then consider taking them off your list. If you see in your stats that the site listed you in 6 weeks or so, then you can always add them back into your list if you like what you are viewing in your stats.

After a month of daily gallery submitting, start applying for partner accounts. Keep track of which galleries on which sites they have been listed on. Some sites will request that your gallery must be listed on one or two of the following sites before they will consider your application. Other sites will just request to see 3-5 sample galleries.

Take the time to build your own list. Databases are commonly sold. The problem is, that database is not custom to you. What may be a good, profitable list for some, may not produce the same results for you. Depending on when the list was last updated, some sites may not even be working and/or the rules have changed. These lists are very general. A "one list for all". This doesn't work, especially if you are targeting a specific niche.

Do the research. Follow your own stats. Monitor certain boards. Pay attention to sites. The rules change frequently. Periodically browse around the sites and see if you can get a feel for the site and what they like and dislike. Watch who they trade and link with and then check those sites out. Find niche specific sites and add them to your list if you market that niche. Monitor outside stats, like counters.

Stay focused, organized, and be persistent. The effort placed into building a solid custom database(s) does pay off.

I would say 7 out of 10 times.
I would follow the advise of the leaders in our industry. I think about what we are offered for advise and listen, read & write notes on everything that is concidered with in my reach for testing and developing something that I enjoy.

Long ago over 15years in a past work role
I conducted continuous stopwatch studies for a Manufacture and I would break down the operation times into elements where I would find possible improvements and apply my knowedge and method study
and save the Company money by working smarter, not harder.

Well today's fuction is still very much the same. With the tools that are used to find solutions on various situations can be applied in such a way that you derive a possible outcome and choose to action such findings.
