That user over there has just been having problems getting in touch with WSB. It happens.
I went and asked him to contact me personally if he is having problems.

Thanks for the heads up Nikk! :xthumbs: I had a problem getting ahold of them once but it was all resolved well. It's easy for a single email to get lost. My trick is to send it high priority to at least 2 different departments. Works every time. :D
