After many months of adding new features and testing to make sure they work 100% we are happy to announce the release of Dream Submitter 1.9! We realize it has been a long time coming, and we apologize for the delay, but we wanted to ensure 100% satisfaction with no hiccups, and we believe we have reached that point. We are confident that our software far out performs any other software on the market, and are prepared to offer a 1 month FREE trial for any users that have purchased Dream Submitter in the past and have since cancelled. passphrase image recognition (ocr)

. each site can have a specific passphrase / ocr setting tailored to its own specification. DS will even generate non-static (ones that always change with a code) URLs from the submit pages themselves. Rather than using the ocr technology available on the market that other submitters have chosen to incorporate we have coded our own image passphrase recognition engine for better performance and results.

. ball color status of submission now saved to database
. can right click - select delete all

. when generating html files from your gallery template, DS will fill in any left over <---text link---> with a random recip from your database (ie - if not enough sites are in a group to accommodate all the recips in the gallery html template, the generator will randomly chose one to fill in the blank recip)

. if necessary during generation you can use the browse to file local hard drive path and the browse to file server path to incorporate alternative sub directory or directory paths.
configuration: re-submission library

. for a perfect submission process we have added a resubmission library. during auto submission, after a form is filled and the submit button on the form is clicked, DS will also check the resulting html page for any item in the resubmission library and if it comes across any of this text DS will re-submit the gallery once again. for the most part, the resubmission library works best with our passphrase recognition engine.
database: general
. added database view by ocr type

. added database view by sites w/ partner accounts
. enhanced import dialog
. created update button - will over write matched urls [only if site is unlocked - can lock by editing site] and add new ones - good for re-downloading a configured database and updating current open one on the go, without having to re enter partner information.

. database site can now have its own unique internet explorer settings on or off when activated in submission zone 1: - active-x controls on/off, images on/off, script/javascript on/off. this increases world submission availability up by 25% (enabling you to submit to a larger percentage of sites). example: one web site you submit to has javascript that blows up the submission: zone 1 page. you want to turn it off. you edit the site, click on ocr / ie settings, checkmark "use override", and checkmark "no s/j" (for no script/javascript). important: you must leave images ON for each site that requires ocr (passphrase image recognition). to read up on how to set up the OCR settings per site please see documentation in the help tab under advanced properties.

. some sites require you to have an image cut exactly to its specifications to be posted. DS will allow you to load an image and select a cropping area, where it will cut to size specifications you can add / edit and delete. you can crop and generate for landscape, portrait, square or all types at once per click.

. New ftp client added with ability to set default local and sever directories for each ftp entry to make uploading gallery files much easier
. Settings in ftp include options to use up to 10 simultaneous connections at once for greater speed uploading many files at the same time

. any DS 1.0 database opened with DS 1.9 will be adjusted properly (tables added if necessary, etc). however DS 1.0 will not be able to read a DS 1.9 database.
. a database is now automatically compacted and repaired when opened in DS
. configuration: presets tab: "reset ie cache" button now silently works in the background after being clicked
. generator is now a static tab and does not need to be loaded each time to be used
. vertical scroll bars added to submission que tab and other tabs
. generation history now added
