LOTR. Oh Well Here Goes The Wait is Over.

Well today we shall see what all the hype is about. Did they create a masterpiece? I'm out the door to see the Two Towers. Hope its worth the trip.

They had a midnight showing here last night. Probably in every other city in North America too. I'll probably go see it too, but still I'd like to read some comments on it first.
I'll probably also watch Fellowship before going as well. Just to freshen my memory of the characters etc... :)

To keep myself from going crazy, I have made a solemn vow NOT to see ANY of the movies until they are all out and available on DVD. It's hard, because I love the books and have heard mostly good stuff about the movies ... but it will keep me from foaming at the mouth until the last film comes out.

Just got back a few minutes ago from the theatre. Not bad, I think the first one was better as with all sequels/ trilogies etc. I think they're a little off mark (ambitious) to be comparing it to the success of the Star Wars and Godfather films. Still a great flick, I enjoyed it .
