Movie import from Europe !

Hi folks !
Anyone has exprienced importing movies from Europe ?
I'm about to buy the rights on a couple bondage movies from Belgium, and i'm wondering what's the best way to bring the movies here in montreal ?
Is it ok if i speak french on my future posts, english is my second language ?

What kind of importation do you mean?
Like from PAL/SECAM to NTSC?

They say that 'll transcode their PAL to NTSC !
My problem is at the customs because it's bondage!
