Its one of the first photos of a giant squid... up until now.. you only read about them in books or seen dead smaller ones wash up at shores..

hmmm Grilled Squid =)

Ingredients
1 pound cleaned squid
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Metal skewers
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Lemon wedges

so hungry.....
