I've been having problems with ICQ lately I just downloaded Trillian, does anyone know how to transfer contacts? PLEASE tell me I don't have to do it manually I have over 200 contacts! ::-|

Just set-up your ICQ account in Trillian and it will load the database.

Trillian / MyConnections / Manage Connections

your contacts gotta be there.

that's the same problem i had with trillian, i
lost some of my contacts and i dunno who
they were. i could not memorize my entire list :badcomp:

another alternative is GAIM or MIRANDA. just give it a shot & compare :D

Trillian is a nightmare for me, it never transfers my contacts from ICQ

I love trillian , but I went ahead and bought it, always has worked great for me

I like Trillian much more than ICQ but it has a habit of orphaning some of my contacts. That's the one problem with it and nobody seems to understand why or how to stop it.

Never had trouble with Gaim on either platform. Yar! :xhappy:
