Celebrity Photos database

A friend of mine want to crate his own celebrity site and he said a simple google image search would be enough. I said won't be a good idea since some or most of these photos are subject to copyright law and taking them would only cause him trouble..

Any suggestion you could give to him?

Most of the pics you'll find on google will be copyrighted and if you just use those pictures on your website, you'll be sued or threatened to and then you just find yourself screwed up.
