The first snow for each winter always comes night time..

ALWAYS. Atleast over here. I understand that the temperature is lower night time, but one might think first snow would come daytime atleast one year.. But nope..

The first snow of each year.. ALWAYS comes night time. Wake up in the morning - There it is! Just strange it always comes night time.

After that, it comes any time during the day.. Its that first batch..

I love it though.. ;-)

Now that you mention it...I think you're right! It's beautiful to see the big snowflakes on that first snow fall! With the lights it's so pretty!

but you are right Visualad coz last year i was in Ireland and it started snowing at night.

kinda like Santa! Never by day, and you never see him.

I still haven't. It's weird. But the milk and cookies are gone when I get up on Christmas morning, so I know he was there.

I hate the cold but love how snow makes things look..

If somone could figure out a way to make it snow in the summer it would surly fit my fancy..

Visualad, I didn't know this about the first batch of snow always falls at night.

BTW do you snowboard?
I wish we had more snow over here, would like to learn how to sky and make snow angles.

Strange, but 99% of our snow is gone this morning. We had an early snowstorm last week, and now a warm spell is upon us with rain.

So it's a green world again here.
