I am trying to get a free site together and before I went any further I was looking for opinions if this is a good warning page ot not.

I have went step by step following instructions I have found at the cozy academy for a "warning" page for a free site. Is this looking like I am headed in the right direction? The enter or exit links do not work. I want to go one step at a time.
