I plan to open a TGP Site.
Does anyone know that converts the Traffic that comes from TGP Gallery Receip Links to TGP s in Sales ?what if the Ratio ?

Your conversions are going to vary widely. Depends on where your traffic sources are coming from, the advertising you place on the site, the galleries listed on the site, how much traffic you actually have, how many bookmarkers you have...
