I finally took the blog plunge. Thanks to my new host PowerMedium (http://powermedium.com/) (thanks, Paul!) it was a simple "click" to install WordPress. Even *I* could do *that.*

I digress.

I've been happily writing, which is what I do, but I'm confused about a couple of things, one thing in particular.

The clock on Erotica by Morgan ~Blog~ (http://erotica-by-morgan.com/blog/) has burped and everything is posted at 4 minutes after the hour, no matter what I set the time stamp to be. A little weird, but what the hell.

What I'd like to know from regular WordPress users is: I just made an entry that is recorded in the list of entries but not showing on the site. The only thing I can figure out is that the site doesn't think that time has arrived yet. Does that mean one can set up posts to show up in the future?

Yep you used to be able to set up the article to display when you were sleeping, if you decided to write a few articles and time them to appear :)

I don't know much about WordPress.
I've built several blogs using Nucleus though.

you can "edit this entry" scroll down, check the "edit timestamp" box, change the time to what you want then click "save"

it doesnt seem to work on initial publishing, you need to publish then edit (only way Ive ever been able to get it done)

and yes, with the same method you can set them up to publish in the future :)
