You got it. I was listening to old tapes and I came across that one and it got me wondering how many Canadians remember The Frantics and their tv show Four on the floor. Mr Canoe head, boot to the head, etc. :)

Actually I"m not that old :P But I do remember listening to the tapes when i was younger... I read this post of yours and went and had to download tae kwon leap and a bunch of others
