How important is respect for you at work?

Just curious to know how much "crap" you're willing to take at a job before saying "That's enough". Seems we spend more time at work than we do at home or spending time with our loved ones...What's your opinion? :happy:

Respect is very important, but can't say no to a paycheck until you got a lock on another one.
