Do you notice trends in sales over the year?

I am wondering if other webmasters see increases and decreases in sales during points of the year such as the fall, winter, summber, and spring. I have an idea that more surfers sit at home in the winter months and conversions take place at a higher rate. Is this true for anyone or am I wrong.

We were just mentioning awhile back about slower sales during the warmer months due to people being either out of school and on holidays or just less people indoors on their computers.

I'm not sure about the rest of the year though. Autumn is usually busy with everyone going back to their usual routines.
