I remember that movie from the 80's, watching it on VHS. "Leatherface" scared the hell out of me then and probably still will now. LOL!

The re-make was really good so why not make a "prequel"?

Saw III should be excellent as well. October is great for horror movie releases.

Yes it's a new one it's suppose to be the story of what happened before (What lead to the movie we all saw) I've heard it's going to be quite violent and gory! Did I mention I was excited? :laughout:

Seriously, I love women with your attitude. Wish I could find one.

I had this one girlfriend that took things in a movie so seriously I literally thought about binding her with duct tape while a scary movie was on... she'd yell, hide her head and otherwise freak out loudly at every turn, and would end up getting herself all upset, sometimes for days after.... over what? A bunch of special effects and mostly-mediocre acting. :crazy1:

It's nice to see some women who are truly into enjoying a good intense horror movie without having to cause a major scene.

I do not think I will be going to see it. Too much gore for me but I did read a review of the prequel at Ain't It Cool that was very favorable. I think if you like scary gore flicks then it is the film for you.

it does look cool.. I think I liked the previous Texas Chainsaw Massacre.. cant remember all of though. Been seeing alot of these kinda movies the past 2 years.. Last one I saw was.. "the hills have eyes", which was a decent movie.

absolutely the WORST movie I seen this year in this niche was probable the one I saw last night.. took me 2 nights to work through this fucking movie.. Fell asleep twice: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0331488/

One of the best this year: TSOTSI (http://www.tsotsi.com/english/index.php)
