I noticed that after vegas alot of people started posting avatars with they're face on it .. so Time to join the mass .. somewhat ...

Man I can't seem to bring this new avatar under 36 000 bytes .. Without it looking like shit .. ANy ideas on how to compress it?

Or Maybe Evil can lift the 25 000 Byte rule ... I can't even use it, even if I host the avatar
