Beware the .XXX !!!!
We here at LionDollars (http://www.liondollars.com/_ee33dc2ffac072c1038582f2beea01fa/) believe that the dot-xxx top level domain is a serious threat to the entire online adult industry. Therefore, we wanted to make sure that you are aware that the dot-xxx proposal came up for a vote on Friday, March 9, 2007. ICANN can not approve the .xxx TLD without support from our industry. If you have not done so already, we strongly urge you to take 5 minutes and email ICANN at xxx-icm-agreement@icann.org and voice your opposition to .xxx.
The Free Speech Coalition sent an email out to all of their members recently outlining their concerns over the .xxx TLD. A few of the concerns raised in the email included the increased cost of doing business, thanks to the high
cost of registrating a .xxx domain and the potential 'ghettoization' of the adult industry. There are also concerns raised about the ICM and it's governing board in regards to the control and implementation of .xxx. Measuring the value of your traffic with our campaign feature.
Many people often calculate the value of their traffic in ways that I do not find tell the whole story. It is true for conversions you can look at front page uniques VS sales. That is the only real measure for an affiliate to go
by. Programs may want to judge the effectiveness of their tours by looking at 2nd page or join page hits. However to truly look at where you money is coming from you need to separate it a bit further then that.
Say you use our campaign features to setup multiple link codes and to track various media buys and you were submitting galleries. You could look at which buys make you more money over time. One paid spot on a large tgp/mgp
may only yield 80% of that buy back during that month or perhaps it brings back 200%. However if you use the campaign feature you can know exactly. So start using the campaign feature and you can now accurately track where your money is coming from. What you thought might have been a loss may actually yield profit. How else can you track traffic coming from one domain?

The difference between real escorts and everybody else... Part 1
In a conversation the other day with a good affiliate, a competitive program was brought up. They're making outlandish claims of a database larger than ours, and offering money to anyone who can prove better conversions. After a few minutes of digging through their site, escort ads and then some stats and payout comparisons with this affiliate, we enjoyed a good chuckle and he switched the last of his banners to our escort sites.
We all know that the grand majority of escort sites, adult dating sites and virtually any other portal with personal profiles that people pay for access to is predominantly made up of fake profiles and/or re-used profiles from
years ago that are no longer relevant. With our escort sites, this is simply not the case. Our database of over 10,000 escorts worldwide is completely made up of real escorts.
We are implementing a number of different measures to ensure that our customers get access to genuine and current profiles. Stay tuned for more on this topic.
