The area I live in is in Northern California outside of Sacramento. The entire town is really brand new in the past two or three years with tens of thousands of houses going up. My internet is free from the homeowners association, and my cable tv comes from a small never heard of company.
A new never heard of company bought out the cable company, demanded we start using a cable box, which means we we have to use their remote, and now all of my channels are screwed up and half of them don't work.
