Here's a list of what CNN Money considers the best places in the United States to live.

It's funny how they list winter as a CON yet many in the top 10, including the top 2 are in areas where you find 4 distinct seasons.

so when you say 4 distinct seasons... I'm guessing you don't mean kinda cold... kinda cold with some rain... warm... kinda hot...

those are pretty much the 'seasons' in my area

It would take me a long time to adjust to living in an area that didn't have 4 distinct seasons.

Down south has 4 seasons. Warm, warmer, hot and heat stroke.

Winter spring summer fall make it more fun for all.

Winter is not a CON. It's an excellent season that we get fed up with at the tail end. :)

LOL! Yeah... I read that too on some of the places. I guess who ever wrote the list isn't much of a winter person or winter sport person. I just wish our winter season was a few weeks shorter though. ;)

Same here, we are about 1 1/2 hrs from montreal... I dont mind the winter but it gets on your nerves around feb, march

Lincoln California was one of ten cities named "All American City" for 2007. I love it here. Small town charm with Wally World up the street.
