For me, there was no difference except for the fact I was a year older.

When you turn 30, you realize you're 1/2 to 60. By the time you turn 31, you've probably coped with it.

LOL! I never thought of it quite that way, but yes, that's pretty much how it is. At 30, things begin to change. By your mid 30's, you accept it.

well I'm 46 - as you get older you start to do a count down thinking, "I have lived half my life". Turning 31 is not a big thing except that you are slowly seeing the 40 mark creeping up. If your happy with yourself and the life you have now - not a big deal.

When I turned 30 some friends tool me to NYC to see some bands and prowl the never ending Gotham nights. We did shrooms. The God that I refused to let tax me gave me an ulcer.

It went away. So did God. Funny, I started playing more music than ever and never worried about age since then.

Whwn I now hang with people in their 20's and early 30's, many of them seem like the mature ones now. There's was the politically correct era. I have learnt to be careful.

Strange, perception is reality. It's odd to se it change when looking back.

Man I miss shrooms....

I'll be 40 next year, I forgot what it feels to be 30 or even 31...

When you're 30, you'd freak out "Oh shit! My age is going out of the calendar days.." When you turn 31, your folks are begging for you to marry someone asap

30 was a totally insane rollercoaster ride for me...31, 32, etc. came and went, but then 35 hit me really hard....ugh

I think 31 is getting to be more serious and going to straight life the same as the 30 but little by little they make changes with thier lives

30 I lived it up, did some crazy stuff, including moving cross country.
31 will be the age for me I become a mother. I guess it's time to grow up!
Big day is next monday. So glad I get to see my family for it. it's been 6 months since I've seen them, longest separation period in my life. I really miss my little brothers.

When I turned 30 it wasn't so bad, for me 35 really sucked!! No men in my family have lived pasted 70, so I figured I had a good chance at being 1/2 through my life... I turn 40 here in a few months... and I'm not as wound up about it. No idea why!
