Who should I complain to when an XN mod refuses to speak to me on the ICQ?

Should I bitch at FB? Evil Chris?

I can't complain to Chandie because she's not talking to me it seems.

If it is a general complaint, you can complain to whomever will listen. If it is a complaint that is specific to XN's then speak to one of the other mods. Whether the issue is resolved to your satisfaction or not depends on why the mod refuses to speak to you in the first place.
