New Blog Lessons learned.

I started a 'news' type blog several weeks ago. Suddenly it started getting hits and doing better than my porn blogs. It's just a blog where I rant on news items.

I've noticed how spikes in traffic occur and see that it's from bookmarkers and search engines and rss bots looking for stuff.

Quite the learning opportunity.

Now I have to figure out how to increase the traffic and turn it into a moneymaker.

Very interesting and a great blog. My guess is that you are writing about current news and making it rather funny.

Loved the Hilter video. (I have that movie in my collection really, subtitles and all!)

Yes, I just figured since I spent so long on message boards writing pissed off responses to news items I might as well be productive about it. I also will be doing editorial cartoons there for other bloggers to subscribe to.

Now if I can keep increasing traffic and making it profitable I'll be worth something.
