I just saw the Extras Christmas Special, and I have to say well done once again to Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant. For those of you unaware of who these two are... think about Monty Python in terms of legendary. We are witnessing the very best in comedy... certainly British comedy but comedy as a whole to be sure.
First they brought us The Office for 2 seasons... capping it off nicely with a special finale episode (to answer all the questions), and now Extras appears to be aptly finished with a Christmas finale that was simply wonderful.
This is my own review, and I highly recommend anyone run out and pick up either of these two shows for some of the best comedic entertainment money can buy. My only wish at this time is that Ricky Gervais (http://www.rickygervais.com/) put a few Canadian stops on his 2008 standup tour.
