SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Canadian company that makes the ubiquitous, addictive BlackBerry smart phones is still looking into what caused the second widespread service disruption in less than a year.

I was the lucky many I guess.. I was getting emails fast and furious during the supposed outage.

EC, I dont know how I lived 34 years without my BB 8800, that and my coffee maker could not live without.

The outage only lasted a couple of hours for us! Very frustrating, but still love my Blackberry! :)
