Ok, so here is my question...

Is it legal to use content that is legal in one region, but illegal in the region where it is produced?

Meaning, there are some regions in the World (some states in the US for that matter) where it is illegal to produce porn. If porn is produced there, can that content then be used (sold) in a region where the content is completely legal? Assuming proper documentation (ID, release) accompanies the content.

I am just seeing this thread Steve.

Isn't it true that the situation you specify is already rampant on the internet? Even impossible to control? For example, I know that anal is actually illegal in many US states, but it can easily be found on the net as we all know.

Or are you referring to more extreme types of niches?
