The Internet has changed the way I listen to music. I can log onto my music software - I use MusicMatch which seems to ow be owned by Yahoo - and I can stream nearly any song I want on demand.

This includes the old 80s crap I've become well known for.

So earlier tonight I discovered a rock group I had listened to when I was a kid had a album out recently that I had heard of but never listened to. So I checked it out. Wow, what a huge disappointment.

At some point in time it's just time to say "I"m too old for this" and stop performing.

I'm kind of the same way....
there comes a point in time, where you should just coast on your greatest hits...

I kinda feel you need to accept that these folks are artists and whether you like it or not will release new work if the creative juices are fired. I think the Stones out there rolling after so many years is cool. I mean they were musical pioneers and they deserve that respect.

Its all subjective really though.. we all find different reasons for liking different things
