I have been to Basel once. In 1990 I went down there to see a Canada / Russia game. They tied 3-3. Star player at that time was a young fella named Steve Yzerman. ;)

What a game! Action at both ends for the entire first half. I thought Germany would lay back a bit after their 2nd but they didn't. Both teams are playing great.

That was a bad push from ballack, should have been called and the goal canceled.... oh well ...
