Edmonton has all sorts of things to do, we have a paddlewheel boat on the north saskatchewan river, we have glass pyramids(large indoor plant conservatory), parliment hill for those who like to get political, a museum, we have several casinos for those who like to gamble, we have west edmonton mall with its many attractions- indoor water park, indoor amusement park, loads of shopping, indoor dolphin shows, submarine rides, indoor fish caverns, bungy jumping, a theme room hotel, loads of river valley trails for anyone who likes to just get out and walk. We also have loads of movie theatres, bowling alleys, and night clubs for just about every taste out there. We also have some small ski hills inside the city, but for the better skiing its about 4 hours either south or west from edmonton, we usually do the ole red eye run, leave at 3 in the morning catch the rest. in jasper for breakfast just in time to hit the hills when they first open up, as well as many lakes all around the edmonton area for great camping, fishing and water skiing.

I lived in Calgary, Alberta for almost 6 years....And unlike more Calgarians I think Edmonton is pretty cool! Always enjoyed West Edmonton mall! :D

there's too much to do in nyc, sometimes you have to hide in your apt.
