Mmm . I love ostich meat .. My fav place is in Old Montreal a place called Modavie, live jazz and an excellent 5 star menu of exotic meats .. address 1 St Paul in le Vieux

Ugh, I had a friend that raised that kind of things and sold them .. he made good money, so a lot of people eat that, but I don't think I can.
