I am posting this here because I know this is a forum that Evil Chris is quite active in. I know he does not work with websitebilling, but seeing as triple x cash is tied in with them, maybe we can shed better light on what the problem is over there.

I got one check, that was not even for my full amount of sales back in early December. Then through January and Feburary, I sent server hundred sales to CFF. My conversions were great, so I was happy about that. The problem was I hadn't recieved a check, so I emailed them and they replied that they were running behind. Yesterday, I recieved a check from them that was marked as "For slaes from 12-1-03 / 12-31-03" and it was for far less than half of what I was supposed to get. Here is acopy of what I sent them:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Carmen,

I received a check (009037) for my earnings 1/1/03 - 1/31/03 for 258.10. My total of sales for 1/1/03 - 1/31/03 was 603.02.

If this is my pay for that entire month, I am still owed 344.92 for sales in that period.

Is this check only for the sales from the first two weeks of that month?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Jay

I have recently started switching over to CCBill, but it will take me a while to shut off all of the website billing traffic. I am not, a big CCBill fan, that's why I stuck with website billing as long as I have. Now I am starting to regret the decision.

Can I get an honest answer from anyone, about what is going on here. I've seen all of the idiots posting over on GFY. Maybe we can have an intellegent thread about this issue here.

Jay, yes it's true that WSB was running behind on checks and it was for a number of reasons. For the past two weeks they have been playing "catch up" in a big way.

Not only did our affiliate webmasters get paid late... we did too. But everything is back online now so there is no need to worry. WSB never stopped processing online transactions and did not experience one minute of downtime.

Now with regards to your payout. Are you sure you are reading your numbers right? Get in touch with me when you read this and I'll go over it with you. WSB's stats aren't the easiest to read, and we're aware of that.

I was kind of mixed up when I first checked stats on WSB also. I don`t know why they put the full amount for all transactions instead of just listing the amount the webmaster gets but they do. So you have to divide all of the totals by 2 to get the correct amount that you are owed. Once I figured that out I had no problem but it was confusing at first.

Evil C - the last # in the corner is what I am owed correct? 310.50? Even if I cut that # in half from my previous months, I still was paid short of that!

I've started changing all of my links over to CCBill - it will take a while to shut all of their traffic off - I was sending 1200-2000 hits a day. So far I have only got 1 check from them for 250.00 in November and another one for 258.10 recently.

I have to admint I am VERY CONCERNED with this:

Nov 2002 = 34.95
Dec 2002 = 377.93
Jan 2003 = 630.02
Feb 2003 = 897.60
Mar 2003 = 310.50

Total = 2251.00

I am $1700 in with them right now and things are not looking good!

Jay, didn't I CC you on an email I dispatched to WSB?

Evil Chris - Yes it did, thanks a lot man. I found where Micheal had posted his address on GFY and emailed them last week, but didn't get a reply from WSB.

I'm moving my traffic over to CCBill right now, just to be safe. I wish I was confident with WSB cause it's a pain in the ass

Oh yes - I knew other people had to be having problems with this company.

I too switched to CCBill because of their problems, and it is like pulling teeth to get payment out of them. They actually stopped paying me as of Jan 1, 2003.

Since then I have moved to CCBill but I still have about $1,000-$1,500 of rebills a month that I cannot get paid for. Hate to say it Chris, but when I talk to Carmen or Roxanne they blame it on a high rate of CFF chargebacks or that the money is 'tied up' in Germany.

1. They will not return email or voicemail. You are lucky if you ever catch anyone by phone.
2. They will say "I cannot send payment until the CFO or CEO approves it" - try getting the CEO or CFO on the phone or to return email - no chance.
3. They will send you short checks when you finally DO get paid. Good luck on getting the 'rest of the money' - as they will say that they can only pay what they have on their screen, and they know it is different from the stats you see.

I hate this company. I hate them. I hate them. I hate them.

Hopefully this post will help keep people from using them.

That reminds me.... I don't think I've got a check from websitebilling in months. I don't have a huge amount of sales anyway but I think I should have had a check by now. Will have to check into that.

I live in South FL, and my friend drove down to their office today and waited there until they cut him a check. They only ended up giving him a partial amount of what they owed him.

It looks like things have definitely not improved there then. I only have 1 active member rebilling through them now and they only owe me 75 bucks or so. But I'm wondering if I'll ever get it now.

Websitebilling seemingly flew too high, too fast from what I've seen over the past 4 months or so.

They are late making payments to affiliates, and/or are making partial payments in an attempt to do what they can to stay afloat.

The reason they are doing this is because they were letting WAY too many sales go through. ie.. they were hardly scrubbing, and therefore the fraud level was very high. As a result of this, they had an unacceptable number of chargebacks and must have been fined by the Credit Card companies and/or banks.

Every indication I have received from both WSB and the Triplexcash guys in LA is that they *will* resolve everyone's balance outstanding. That's the information I have at this time anyway.

That being said, Triplexcash (http://www.triplexcash.com/) is about to release a new version of it's affiliate program using cascading processors and our own stats. We'll also be cutting the cheques directly so no more worrying about logging into WSB or CCBill for your stats. You'll get them directly from us. We're inches away from this being completed and ready for webmasters.

What bothers me most is the dodgey excuses and put offs when affiliates would call and ask what's going on with their accounts. Honesty would have been the best.

Evil Chris -

I actually talked to Paolo last year before TripleX went live, and he was very confident in the accounting at WSB (very nice guy by the way). He did say that they just grew a bit too fast for their britches.

Unfortunate, because I would have stayed with them if they would have just given me a reason to. I finally talked to Nicholas Brack (CFO WSB) on Thursday, and immediately wired me about $1,500 (seemed like a sincere guy) - but it was still about $450 short of what they owe me for March. I had to call Carmen again today to let her know of the discrepency - and she put me off saying she would get back with me.

Well, after talking to her about 50 times, I do not trust her or Roxanne (Accounting Manager, WSB) at all.

In my opinion - I will not get that $450 - and I'll be lucky to get any more of the $3,000 they still owe (as it is growing every day).

I would advise everyone to stay away from this company as a biller. It is way too much of a headache prying money out of them.
