I had a restaurant once, with a female version of Ramsey as a chef...very difficult to keep the moral going when they go off...but hey, as long as the food came up perfect.

dude when I saw that episode I was like REALLY. You apply for a show to scream and one of the worlds leading chefs "I AINT NO BITCH". Please. Scripted reality? I dont know but that guy had to go!.

At first I thought it was fake and maybe Ramsey was getting punked. Then I thought hell no who would punk Ramsey?

And the other thing too. There is no way that guy was a Marine. A marine would be more polite and respectful of the one in charge. If he talked like that to his superiors in the military he would be doing push-ups in the rain for days. lol My guess is he is a marine wash out with an attitude like that.

What got me was how at the end he says how anyone would be proud to have him as a chef on their staff. He's truly delusional if he thinks that.

The guy has serious rage problems.
