Me thinks he already had her cleaning the house, just when she got into the kitchen got lost and accidentally got herself stuck in the saran wrap - in a battle to free herself tripped and fell down the basement stairs only to hit her head on the power box. The shock and hit along with prolonged exposure to electrical fields created this
