Hello there everyone!!! How are you today? :)

I am doing some research to help me decide what credit card processor I will use for my affiliate program, to be launched in a couple months. I heard not so good stuff about Ibill, good stuff about CCBill (they seem to be the ones everyone goes with right now) and some people told me that PSWBilling is THE proccessor. I also have Jettis and GloBill in mind, but not many opinions on these.

So what are the pros and cons of each of these proccessors in your opinion? And if you use one of them, what do you really like about it and what dont you like?

Thats some nice info for many members of this board, so lets get it on! :)

Thanks a lot in advanca and best regards!!

Bruno

I have setup sites for people in both CCBill and Jettis, and I kinda lean towards Jettis. But It is about 49/51.. They are both really good.

Don't care for ibill or epoch too much.

We've got <a href="http://ww.ambucks.com">Ambucks</a> running with Epoch. They've been very solid for us.

I've got one of our amateur sites using Jumbo w/ Jettis. It works pretty good as well.

So my opinion, I'd stick with Jettis and Epoch. For affiliate programs and any processing. But that's just my 2cents.

Here is an intervew with Matt at PSW, just got it today in Ynotnewsletter.

Just so you have an idea of how much these guys are willing to work with you.. they did some crazy fast additions to the backend scripts of their billing system just so it would interface with my webmaster referral scripts.

and ... Eileen is a sweetheart

I see these guys dominating the 3rd party processing scene, not only do I get personal service but their system is totally customizable and secure.

Are you using Jettis with the gateway processing scripts or are you using their system for the actual processing?

I have setup the gateway about 10 times now and have had no problems inthe past. Recently we have tried to add Jumbo to a new mainstream project and have been having some problems. Been working on support with the issue, but we can't seem to come up with a solid solution just yet.

Are you asking if we're using jumbo with a 3rd party account or merchant account? Not sure what you mean. But we are using Jettis 100% with Jumbo.

John over at Jettis is awesome and should be able to help you out with anything.

So it seems like PSWBilling is the company that is making the leaders sleep less eh? I like these types of companies! :)

What do you people think? Any other opinions?

Take care,

Bruno

I have never used them. <a href="http://www.jettis.com">Jettis</a> is #1 in my book!

If you haven't tried them I recommend Websitebilling.com. Great bunch of guys who are always willing to help. We also use CCBill and they are great too.

PayPal is my favourite tho. My users seem to like it (I do about 3/4 of my billing through PayPal) and nobody else even comes close to their discount rate (approx. 3%!!!!!). I have heard bad things about PayPal but my personal experience with them has always been VERY good.

Are chargebacks an issue with PayPal?

My site has a lower chargeback ratio with PayPal than any of my other processors (way under 1%). Their fraud-protection is out of this world!

Perhaps I will check them out a little more. PayPal might work well for me if they don't get past Jettis.
