I swear, some people just do not own mirrors.
Or... they have no shame. It's one or the other!

Reminds me of a Hustler cartoon.

How do people let themselves go that far? If it's genetic or a physical condition out of their own control, then I understand but I don't think that is the case with most people!?!

Walmart carries treadmills I think!!!

I am forty-one, five foot eleven, and 215lbs. I was 230lbs a few months ago. Not fucking happy. This morning I went running for an hour, and then came home and worked out. It was fucking 37 degress out when I left the house.

I can see how people can let themselves go. It's a lot of work to stay in shape.

You are 41...hmmm.....It will only get harder. You will have to run longer and you will have to do this at least three or four times a week. Even then, you will still have to eat less than you ever had and probably still gain wait. Shit, I walk up mountains for two to three hours in snow and rain every second day. Life sucks. But what are ya gonna do?

I'm turning 44 soon and have started back on a workout regime and yes it's way tougher than even 5 years ago. Takes me twice as long just to cool down.
