One of the most popular content management software used by the industry just opened its premier apps store, WPPlug-ins.com. The site will now be selling new Wordpress applications to webmasters and site owners. It is also inviting software developers (which to me is more the garage invetor variety) to start submitting their new Wordpress apps for consideration.
I must say that this is a concerted effort to fortify Wordpress to continue its popularity and use in the future. Not that Wordpress needs to be more viable, the CMS has proven quite invaluable in creating easy and quick updating of content for blogs and other websites.
