The always informative Kathee Brewer reports the snags that China's anti-porn campaign has to disentangle itself from in dealing with porn on mobile devices. At this point, it is only sheer will of those supporting the cause that seems to push this agenda forward. Maybe because they have to contend with legitimate carriers and red tape that goes with it.
The almost maniacal zeal of this cause may not be as inspiring. Brewer later points out that eradicating porn in mobile has proven to go against business generated by telecomms. The revenue drop has already been felt ever since China's campaign started.
