Can you flip a pancake without it breaking apart?

Im asking cause I had a problem with this but recently developed a technique to get the perfect flip.

Im currently in a pancake frenzy.. doing my special ones that have a taste of vanilla in them.. Then lots of strawberry jam or icecream on the side.

Thank god I spent the entire winter on the treadmill burning off every single fat cell in my body.. Cause Im about to gain some!! ;-)
