You can see I am not a good blogger. I can’t write post very often simply because I am too busy and focused on my business. I had to organize casting, edit videos, make websites, program, design, etc… I tell you now: the first results were catastrophic! But I finally found the models and I almost finished the website.

How should I start this post? Should I tell you the true or should I lie to you just to show off and make think everybody than I am a successful man? Or maybe just to tell you nothing happened like I thought. That is business. I failed many things, but to err is human, and to fail give experiences and make you a rich man.

I did many things since my last article and I am going to explain you everything now.

First of all, let me refresh your mind: I arrived in Budapest, rent an apartment to organize a webcam studio, and registered my company.

What did I need first? Models of course! That is the main thing! So I made a model agency website in English and Hungarian to found pretty girls for different kind of job: Fashion show, bikini promotion, erotic, webcam, hostess, etc…

I made a website about webcam modeling casting in different language to explain the job and to register online the models I couldn’t meet in real.

So my strategy was to promote these Model Agency websites in order to found models. I used different marketing tools:

Street Marketing: 5 Public Relation Hostess were 5 days in the street. I place them in High traffic places (commercial center, subway station, etc…).

Cost: 1 000 $ USD. Result: Catastrophic! I spent 1 000 $ to get just a few models for bikini promotion and 3 erotic models. Never spend money in a street marketing operation to found models. The ROI is the worst.



Facebook ads: Very hard to be accepted by facebook advertising team. Finally they accepted my ad:”Model wanted”.

Cost: 90 $ USD. Result: It was very difficult to make accepted my ad in Facebook: “look for sexy models for erotic job”. So I promote:”Model Agency seeks girls for fashion show” and they finally accept it. Facebook is fantastic! I received emails from more than 50 pretty girls.



Google adwords: I publish ads about erotic and webcam model job offer only in local area (Hungary).

Cost: 20 $ USD. Result: Google is GOD! The best of the best! Simply because you pay a few cents to get the visit of very qualified visitors. A girl from Budapest who type “Erotic job” would see my ads and would visit my website for 0.20 $ USD. Amazing! The best ROI.



Local ads website: I publish ads about erotic and webcam model job offer in local websites.

Cost: 40 $ USD. Result: I had to translate the ad in Hungarian. I get emails from 15 webcam models interested. Very good ROI also. But the local ads website if full of competition. You need to be good copywriter.



Hungarian model directories: I register for free in these directories and contact 1000 of models for normal model job.

Cost: 0 $ USD. Result: more than 70 models sent me their photos for model job. A few was interested in erotic and just one for webcam work. This is not a bad way to get results. Simply because you offer what these models are looking for: a job! The cost was null, but it cost me hours to send 1 000 mails, one by one, by the contact form of the directory website.



So as a result, I advise you to use these marketing tools (by preference order):

1) Directories

2) Adwords

3) Local ads website

4) Facebook



After this campaign, I get a list of 80 models:

60 for normal model job (fashion, bikini, hostess, etc…)

15 for webcam

5 for erotic job



So it was time to interview these 60 girls to know their personality, to see their beauty and convince them to work in webcam.



At the first interview, I didn’t want to show where my studio is. So I rent a suite in a 4 stars hotel for a day to make audition of the models with my Hungarian assistant as a translator. I sent invitation to all the models:

Normal Model: 50% didn’t answer; 30% couldn’t come; 10% said they were coming but at the end they didn’t come; 10% came as they said.

Erotic Model: only one came and she’s not so cute. But she doesn’t want to do webcam for the moment. She will, but I had to work on it.

Webcam Model: only 3 came and 2 were horrible (Old and ugly) and 1 was not so bad (normal body, normal face). I invite them because I didn’t want to rent this suite for nothing.

As a result, I get only one old ugly woman of 45 years old who doesn’t speak English working in some webcam site. This is catastrophic! But at least I get this experience, and I did not repeat the same mistakes.

I understand better and better women psychology. I wasn’t ignorant about this topic, but women brains don’t work like men brains! They really think differently than men. They really don’t know what they want, or they are too shy, or they are afraid to meet a pimp, or they have shame because they don’t speak English, so many different reasons. You must know than in Middle East Europe, many pimp contact girls by internet for escort job….So I changed my strategy. I explain to the models who didn’t come, than I had a job for them. I told them it will not be erotic and they will not be naked. I told them I need to meet them in a public bar to explain them what is about the job. The result was much better: 25 models came for the interview, but no one of the webcam models came.

And now you are thinking:”But why you waste your time with girls who don’t want to be naked?” Girls don’t know what they want. The only thing they are sure to want is : MONEY! (You will see in my website many webcam models who didn’t want to be a camgirl at the begining).



CONCLUSION: Webcam models don’t want to meet anyone for an interview. They want total privacy and register from their home. I convinced fashion and bikini models to work in as a webcam girl. I just need now to finish the livecam website, and we can start to make money online. Of course, I don’t expect to make millions of dollars the first year. I am an artisan, not a big factory.

I am actually spending too much money for the flat. I am going to reduce my fees and manage everything from internet. It is finished to live as a casting manager who rent suite and make interviews in beautiful bars. It is time to make money and I am going to start right now! My livecam website is almost finished. In a few weeks, I should start to promote it.
