Banner exchange ?

Im looking for good banner exchange systems and i need your opinion about it.
Do you use them ?
May i expect some traffic from banner exchanges ?

I am rather leery of banner exchange systems, I tried on once and while refreshing pages saw dog-sex appear. My labrador was all about clicking it till I reminded him he'd been neutered. I guess if you found one that could guarantee that banners you did not agree with would not appear it might be a good idea, but I prefer to stick with exchanges with sites I personally check out.
