I think you mean Manwin. I don't think so.
There is so much misinformation out there regarding Fabian and Manwin. I'm not sure if these tax problems are his own, or if they are corporate in nature.

It seems obvious to me that Manwin has some serious venture capitalist backing. They will be fine.
