Not too bad looking. The colours are a bit glaring but I've seen worse.

The 6500 pictures part might not be the best thing to put right out front. Anyone who is familiar with webcams knows that you can have several hundred pics from one wecam session.

The testimonials from "camgirls" looked fake.

I never heard of the "American Webcam Society" and you don't provide a link to them.

The preview pics are varied sizes and shapes and a lot of them are obviously not webcam pics.

As an industry person I look at those pics and wonder if you have all your releases and licenses in order. You have no links for your privacy policy or custodian of records info, which are mandatory if you want iBill to pay you, so I wonder if signing up for your revshare would be worthwhile.

As a surfer I think it looks like a scam site. So I did a Google search and got the following: "Your search - "American WebCam Society" - did not match any documents." Any society that doesn't even have a website or one single document with their name indexed in Google is probably made up. And I would expect that a person looking for webcam sites is going to do that same Google search, because it sounds like a probable resource for finding other webcam sites.

In short I see some pretty big problems that you should probably consider.

Actually I took another look and I found a couple more problems.

On your join page you use the name of 4 credit card companies. At least 2 (mastercard and Visa) do not allow the use of their name anywhere except on the IPSP's server.

You also mention a couple of times that "you will be discreetly billed by IBill" which can be construed as misleading, because on a credit card statement it will have "IBILLCS.com*MyCamGirls.org". iBill will probably not allow you to keep that statement there. And if Visa saw it they would dump you for the same reason. In fact iBill is VERY fussy about you using their name in any statement on your site except ones which they have explicitly said are allowable.

You also don't say that the check and CC join options will be rebilled.

Once again I'll mention that you don't have your 2257/custodian of records information. In fact you don't even have the 18 years or older statement.
