SO I made a kiss ass animated gif avatar in photoshop and it's 41.2 K and that to big for Xnations. How can I reduce the size so I can have an animated GIf avatar?
So thru and compress each 80* 80 pic? I dont know?
Please help.

3xwebdesign Great seminar in Montreal.
For it's not a psd file it's a 5 gif's 80*80 then I put them in the program microsoft gif animator.
Does that make sence

it needs to be compressed ...
If you still get the 5 gif images, just send them separatelly, I'll resend your animated gif ..
What is the max avatar's file size ?
Maybe it is too low accept an animated avatar ;)

It really depends on how the animation is executed
that entire scene in my av is only 13K

also depends on how many images compared to text you have to animate in your gif.
Derek's got 5 separate pics to show, you've got 1 and then some text over it.
Greatly changes file sizes ;)

If you are looking for an animation with lots of motion, to catch the surfer's attention ... there are several different ways of going about it, all while keeping the weight in check.

hello Hungryman, I am in Quebec City, I doN,t go to Montreal too often, I don't even quit my studio (I am booked 'till August now) ... So for the drink, how about Grande-Allée (Québec) ?? :)

I'd have no problem with that Mike, but I am currently without a car, so I will have to look into does the AMT go that far ??
