Thumbnail mpeg program

Can anyone please tell me which program(s) I can use to thumbnail my mpeg clips for use on galleries?
Preferably one that allows batch processing

Doesn't ThumbsPlus do this quite effectively?
I'm not sure. I haven't used that program in a few years...
