I am about to make an offer, that will make everybody furious, but let me right from the start point out, it is a serious offer and a good offer! Let me also state, that it is none negotiable.
What do I offer?

Plus: These people are true amateurs, have never been published anywhere, some just come to make a quick buck (yes, we will pay them).

Maybe, not that very ethical, but they will sign a contract stating they know, it is being broadcasted. This will be a house, that is a free place to have sex, if you off course sign the contract.

You don't have to write this is a ridiculous offer, asking how you can be sure, that we wont steal your money ... that this just is a scam.
