This one looks like it's going to be reversed after awarding the patent holders 520 Million in a case against Microsoft.

Anything is possible in law!!

Supposedly there are a bunch more of these shitty patents out there with people just waiting to see what happens with Acacia, et al before jumping on the bandwagon. That's what happens when the US patent office gives out 180,000 patents a year and they don't even understand the things they are issuing patents for I guess.
